Place is a scam if you are a momthly Parker or need customer service from one of their rude staff
$1 per hour rate is nice, however it's very narrow and traffic backups are common
The Crescent Deck Parking facility was the worst parking experience I've ever had. I understand this is New Jersey, so I am willing to look past the garage's grimy stairwell and smell of urine. However, I can't stand for the rudeness of the staff. We parked here to go to the Wellmont Theater on a top floor because it was a busy day. When we came back we paid at the pay station and got into our car. We waited behind a few other people leaving and once we got to the gate we were surprised that it said to pay. We already paid once we walked in. I waved over the security guard. It was a man with a thick West African accent. He started yelling at me because there is a rule you need to pay more if you do not leave within after 15 minutes after paying. I told him there was no clear indication of this rule and that we were on the top floor. He didn't care and kept accusing me of trying to cheat the system. What kind of horrible facility only allows 15 minutes to leave? The employee made me feel embarrassed and belittled. He was so rude, uncaring, and condescending. I will never park at this facility! This parking garage is a disgrace. Go somewhere else.
The worst parking garage I have ever been in my entire life. The lot is poorly designed with multiple blind spots. The machines constantly malfunction causing congestion and delays exiting. And while you're sitting in line waiting to leave, you will be charged extra for missing the 15 minute exit window.
