Michelle Antonowitz is one of the worst ER doctors I've seen. I used to work in ER... she doesn't have any sympathy, and poor clinical judgement. Came here for a friend with malignant hypertension, stayed for over 3 hours until she finally administered a dose of labetolol that was not at a therapeutic level. Failed to monitor vitals throughout visit eas running high BP. Poor patient management.
Not a fan of this hospital at all. I do like some of the staff members but it's chaotic every time I've been here. My doc refuses to let me go elsewhere unless I leave his care. Sounds good to me.
This hospital is overpriced for nothing. I checked in and sadly the doctor convinced me to stay saying that my situation looks bad. Remember I stayed for only one night and ended up with a bill of $24,000 luckily my insurance helped me out. This hospital doctors also charged their own separate bill. I will never go back to this hospital ever again. I warn you all not to go.
I meant to write this a few weeks ago when my 11 months daughter fell and had the biggest, worst bump ever in the forehead. I went hysterical and out of panic I drove under the heavy rain carrying my daughter. I was so worried that something bad happened to my baby. Thank God for the team of Dr Victor Livshits and NP Joel Garcia. They both were very patient with me and efficient with my daughter. They are an A Team and good looking too. My daughter is doing fine now and I am very thankful for them. The only issue if i may suggest is the parking area being too far from the hospital and not even a covered path walk. Me and my daughter were soaking wet because i forgot to bring an umbrella in a hurry. Bad parking location on a bad weather
I was very sick with unknown headache and nasal congestion for a week until i came to this emergency room. I was very hesitant at first because of several previous bad experiences but this is the nearest to my house. I was taken cared of by this very compassionate Filipino Doctor Joel in the emergency room. He patiently listened to my complaints, explained his plans and updated me for every step and result. I was wearing my dirty and worn out pajama but Dr Joel treated me with respect like a VIP. He was very fast, calm and efficient amidst the line up of so many patients and other anxious patients that are waiting to be seen. Dr Joel totally changed my impression of that hospital for the best. I work as a CFO in one of the biggest firm in Wall street and I was very proud telling my colleague about my Emergency experience. I hope i will not get sick again to come back to the emergency room but if ever, I don't mind as long as ER Dr Joel will take care of me. I hope that hospital will recognize Dr Joel to be a great asset.
