OK I have been Dealing with Palace for over 13 years. I have referred numerous family and friends here for car wash full service. Well unfortunately August 24, 2017....Service And Truck wash at expense of $17.03 UNACCEPTABLE MACHINE FAIL TO WASH MY TRUCK/JEEP. WINDOWS DIRTY AND INSIDE NOT CLEAN when I spoke with Jay he said maybe the machine wasn't working right. I don't have time for another detail wash. Stay Away from this place RIPOFF
Sadly, out of so many car washes I've used, only this carwash employees took coins that were laying there for months.
They returned my car with wet mats, they did not even tried to wipe it with towel or blow dry it.
Was driving by this car wash number of times and finally decided to try it.
They did not open the rear door in my SUV to dry the water so I had to do it myself later.
I did leave you 2$ tip, shame on you people.

Did not clean the dash board nor removed gum wrap/ napkin from a cup holder, but cleaned up my change/coins from there.
Honestly the best car wash of my life! My car looks brand new! They literally cleaned every little thing you can think even my car charger. What an amazing team!
Rim scrapped inside wash. Then worker attempted to spray paint it with a color that didnt match my rim. The worst part is nobody told me. I had to discover it myself. I encourage all to do a full inspection of their vehicle after a wash.
Will never ever use this car wash again.
Palace Carwash
This place literally does the best car washes! No one else compares! I am always disappointed when i go elsewhere. I only go here because you get more than what you pay for. I pay about $25 and they deep clean even the inside with armor oil. They take about 20 min to finish your car which means they are really taking their time. The owner is usually on site and he really cares about quality. The line is always down the road so you know they must be doing something right. Love this place!
