So you know I made a google account JUST so I could leave this review. I came here yesterday to get my hair dyed. I have came here before and never had a problem. I asked the girl for a natural dirty blonde color. She then walked me over to the sink and dyed all my hair a very dark almost black color. It looks like I'm wearing a wig. I don't understand where the miscommunication happened. I explained to her exactly what I wanted. I even showed her a picture.. Besides the color being so dark, she just poured black on all my hair. I could have done that at home. I am mortified. The only reason I payed for it is because I was in denial of how bad it was, and I convinced myself it would get lighter after I took a shower. I'm going to another salon to get it fixed today, but this surely will damage my hair and I'll have to cut it. Besides the awful dye job, the girl was extremely rude during the process. An all around horrible experience. I defiantly regret coming here.
I recieved a luxurious spa package for christmas from my husband and i was not disappointed. The entire time Adriana made me feel like royalty. It was two hours of complete bliss, she was gentle with me and catered to my needs. I felt like a queen. The two hours i was there felt like 4. I will be returning . This was my first time here and i couldnt have asked for a more plesent visit. From the moment i got there to the time i left it was like magic. Perfect present, especially after hosting a very large extended family this holiday season! Bangz is a must
I had such a terrible experience at this place. My hair dressser was late ( which is fine with me) but she was so unkind and made rude comments to me. I felt a little humiliated with the way she spoke to me and I froze and didn’t say anything. She did a terrible job on my hair and didn’t want to fix it. Another person fixed her work. I just can’t stand this place. For what is worth the rest of the staff was pretty awesome to me.
I go to Mariah every 4 months or so for some hair painting and she never disappoints. I've sent countless people to her and they say the same thing. this particular salon has a great vibe, too. everyone is so pleasant and polite. highly recommend! (ps: I'm a hair dresser's worst nightmare, I'm so picky)
This is such a great salon... I have never had a bad experience here. My stylist is Morgan and she is amazing. She always has ideas of how to change my style up, but is always happy to just freshen it up if I chicken out at the last second (I've only done that once per twice! Her ideas are amazing!) And I'm a bit of a tomboy but I like to dress up and look good every once in a while. She knows how to cut my hair so that when I dry it, it actually looks good and not like a mass of debris! And when you first walk in to the salon, the staff is so warm and receptive. Same with the crew that washes your hair. Just a great experience from top to bottom, but centering around my star Morgan!!!
